Cults return with first new song in nearly two years "Spit You Out"
Cults have returned with new single "Spit You Out" - their first new track in nearly two years.
"Spit You Out" is the first new material from Cults since they released their Offering B-sides and remixes in November 2018.
The new track is co-produced by Cults and Shane Stoneback, and mixed by John Congleton.
Cults say of their new single, "On this single we tried on some of our more left field influences from the exotica sounds of Esquivel to Nine Inch Nails style heaviness. It focuses on parasitic relationships and breaking away from toxic patterns of interaction. We never imagined it would relate to a worldwide pandemic."
The duop are yet to follow up their 2017 LP Offering.
