Courtney Love reunites classic Hole line-up, including Melissa Auf Der Maur
Now that she’s seemingly given up trying to locate missing Malaysian Airlines flight MH370, Courtney Love has decided to shift her focus to her old band Hole.
Speaking to The Quietus recently, Love confirmed that she’s reuniting the group’s mid-90s line-up. That means guitarist Eric Erlandson, drummer Patty Schemel and bassist Melissa Auf Der Maur, who were active in the group between the releases of Live Through This and Celebrity Skin.
“I started playing with Patty and Melissa and Eric, just to see how that was,” Love said of the news. “We already played like three or four times in the last week.”
Hole will also release a new single entitled ”Wedding Day” prior to their UK tour in May.
