Courtney Barnett announces debut album Sometimes I Sit and Think, and Sometimes I Just Sit
Courtney Barnett has announced the release of her debut LP proper Sometimes I Sit and Think, and Sometimes I Just Sit.
She's also shared the lead single, which is considerably less wordy, "Pedestrian At Best". Heads up, it's got clowns.
The album follows a lengthy period of dropping shortform releases, like EPs and singles, and whipping up her fervent fanbase into a frothy frenzy.
Sometimes I Sit and Think, and Sometimes I Just Sit will be released 23 March.
Watch the video for lead track "Pedestrian At Best" below. You can find Barnett's upcoming tour dates (tickets will be on sale 5 February) and her debut's tracklist after.
