Common, John Legend and Jóhann Jóhannsson scoop Golden Globes
Last night (11 January) the Golden Globes happened, presented by Tina Fey and Amy Poehler. Boyhood, The Theory Of Everything and The Grand Budapest Hotel were big winners, in the visual departments, and the likes of Common x John Legend and Jóhann Jóhannsson won big for their contributions to the sonic arts.
Common and Legend won the award for Best Original Song, for their contribution to Selma, "Glory". Selma documents "Martin Luther King's campaign to secure equal voting rights via an epic march from Selma to Montgomery, Alabama in 1965."
