Coldplay return with new single "Higher Power" and premiere it from space
Coldplay have returned with their new single "Higher Power", which saw the group premiere the Max Martin-produced song from the International Space Station.
After teasing the new single announcement via a series of "transmissions" from Alien Radio FM, Coldplay have unveiled their new track "Higher Power", and premiered it with help from French ESA astronaut Thomas Pesquet on board the International Space Station.
The new song is produced by Max Martin, and marks the group's first new outing since their Everyday Life Japanese bonus track "Flags" that landed in December last year.
"Higher Power" will be performed live for the first time this Sunnday (9 May) on American Idol, and again at the BRIT Awards on next Tuesday (11 May).
