Co-founder of Bloodshot Records resigns after sexual misconduct allegations against partner
The co-founder of Bloodshot Records has resigned after Lydia Loveless shared a statement last month alleging sexual misconduct from one of the co-owner's domestic partners.
Nan Warshaw, who was a co-founder of Bloodshot Records alongside Rob Miller, has resigned from the record label after revealing her decision to "step away" last month following her partner, Mark Panick, being accused of sexual misconduct towards label signee Lydia Loveless.
The new statement, posted to Bloodshot Records' socials, reads: "Co-founder Nan Warshaw is resigning from Bloodshot Records. Remaining co-founder Rob Miller, along with the entire highly dedicated staff, will continue the work of Bloodshot Records, while ensuring that the core values of the company are consistently represented by all associated with the label."

Loveless revealed in her statement last month that she had endured multiple accounts of inappropriate behaviour at events, including touching and groping, and leaving "comments on my page [Facebook] that would elicit texts from friends - Who is this person? Are you OK?"
Miller also uploaded a statement in response to Loveless and her story, which revealed, "I knew that if I did not become part of the solution, I was part of the problem."
Last week it was revealed that Sara Romweber, the drummer of Dex Romweber Duo, had passed away after a long illness. The band was signed to Bloodshot Records.
