Clap Your Hands Say Yeah have shared the title track from their forthcoming album Only Run.
The new album is their first full-length since 2011’s Hysterical, as well as their first record since Robbie Guertin and Tyler Sargent left the band back in July 2012. Since their departure, CYHSY has taken on a more synth-driven aesthetic, and as such “Only Run” is guided largely by its bassline, synths and some haunting vocal lines from frontman Alec Ounsworth.
Only Run is out 3 June via Clap Your Hands’ Bandcamp. Listen below.
