Clairo announces second album with new song "Blouse" featuring backing vocals from Lorde
Clairo is back with news of her second album Sling, and has unveiled the lead single "Blouse", which features backing vocals from Lorde.
"Blouse", which was announced by Clairo last week, has arrived, and is accompanied by news of Clairo's second album Sling, which will follow 2019's Immunity.
The new song arrived shortly after Lorde made her comeback with "Solar Power" (which Clairo contributes backing vocals on), and Lorde has returned the favour by signing backing vocals on "Blouse".
"Blouse", much like "Solar Power", is co-produced by Jack Antonoff, who also contributes the string arrangement, mellotron, bass, electric guitar and slide guitar on Clairo's new song.
Sling was written and recorded at Allaire Studios in up-state New York, and is co-produced by Clairo and Antonoff.
