Chunkz and Yung Filly say Dave's new album is "phenomenal"
Chunkz and Yung Filly, who took part in Sunday's Soccer Aid match, claim Dave's new album is "phenomenal".
Chunkz and Yung Filly took part in the Soccer Aid football game on Sunday (6 September) playing for England, while Dave was a substitute for the World XI team.
Yesterday (7 September), Chunkz uploaded a 12-and-a-half-minute video to YouTube that sees him and Yung Filly look over some memes after Chunkz missed a penalty during the game.
In the video, Yung Filly asks Chunkz about his favourite experience of the Soccer Aid event, leading him to reveal that he performed Dave's "Location" with him while some of the players watched. He says, "He was literally just playing it and I was like 'rah that's "Location" init?' He goes 'yeah do you know the lyrics? Burna's bit?' ... I said of course, and he kept stringing [strumming] it, and he's letting me sing with him ... I swear to god I saw all these lot [with their] eyes glued on us, it was just a mad moment."
After revisiting that moment, Yung Filly chimes in, reminding Chunkz, "Tell them what he played us!" Chunkz then whispers to the camera, "Oh he played us his new album". Yung Filly then announces, "It's phenomenal!" Skip to 9:45 to hear the segment about Dave.
