Christine and The Queens (or maybe just Chris now?) announces comeback shows
Christine and The Queens has announced a handful of new dates for later this year - and seems to be teasing a name change of sorts.
If you scroll through the social accounts of Christine and The Queens' Héloïse Letissier, you'll see a few recurring motifs - chiefly that neon green scrawl is everywhere and that the 'tine and The Queens' part of the band name has been crossed out... leaving just 'Chris'. It looks a helluva lot like we're entering a new chapter in Letissier's project...
The four new shows, which take place in October, November, and December, see Christine and The Queens play Los Angeles, New York, London and Paris. There's also a few words on the poster that seem very... lyricky. Check out the full dates and the poster below:

Christine and The Queens' English-language debut Chaleur Humaine was released in 2016 (although it arrived 2014 in French), so it sounds about right that an album might be just around the corner (especially with this tease last summer) - and with new shows, possibly new lyrics, and some mysterious social happenings, it's looking promising indeed.
