CHINAH unveil first track of 2021 "Mysterious"
Denmark's CHINAH have kicked off 2021 with their soothing new outing "Mysterious".
The Danish trio made their comeback last year with "Promise", and have today (22 January) released their first single of 2021, "Mysterious".
Pianist Simon Andersson says, ""Mysterious" was made by crudely putting together some odd elements and somehow making them fit. We try to capture the weird beauty that can arise from combining things that weren’t initially meant to be together."
Singer Fine Glinvad adds, ""Mysterious" plays around with the cliché of women being attracted to the mysterious man, and how it leaves you guessing about his feelings. It’s about being drawn to that uncertainty - whilst also knowing it’s a myth."
The trio are yet to follow up their 2018 debut LP ANYONE.
