Childish Gambino to release new album next month?
Childish Gambino looks to be releasing his long-awaited new record Awaken, My Love! next month.
Entries today appeared on AllMusic and Amazon with a release date of 2 December.
As well as the online hints, Reddit user _LucidDreams also posted a picture of the album's release chalked onto a board at their local F.Y.E. store:
Gambino's last release was 2014 mixtape STN MTN/KAUAI, and his last record was 2013's Because The Internet. Since he last released music, Gambino (aka Donald Glover) returned to TV with acclaimed FX series Atlanta.
Back in September Gambino played a series of impressive events called PHAROS in Joshua Tree, California - these events were thought to be live previews of an album apparently called PHAROS.
