Childish Gambino debuts new single "Me and Your Mama"
Childish Gambino, aka Donald Glover, has shared "Me and Your Mama", the first taste of upcoming LP "...Awaken, My Love!".
The six-and-a-half-minute jam is an explosive fusion of funk and soul, with no rapping - this is a very different chapter for Gambino.

The new song premiered on Zane Lowe's Beats 1 show earlier today
Gambino's last release was 2014 mixtape STN MTN/KAUAI, and his last record was 2013's Because The Internet. Since he last released music, Gambino returned to TV with acclaimed FX series Atlanta. Some fans have noticed that Gambino secretly teased the record during the series:

Back in September Gambino played a series of impressive events called PHAROS in Joshua Tree, California - these events were thought to be live previews of an album apparently called PHAROS.
