Check out Say Lou Lou's new short film Nothing But A Heartbeat
Say Lou Lou are sharing an eight-and-a-half-minute film to celebrate the release of debut record Lucid Dreaming.
Directed by Joanna Nordahl (who's worked with Ji Nilsson), the film is soundtracked by SLL's "Nothing But A Heartbeat", and draws inspiration from a diverse collection of sources: "Lars Von Trier's Melancholia, Hans Zimmer and On Being Ill by Virginia Woolf... religious ideology and exploration of mental sanity."
Speaking about the film, the pair say that "dreams are a way for human minds to digest their memories, and this film is sort of a digestion of our experiences of these past years as Say Lou Lou."
Lucid Dreaming is available now via À Deux/Cosmos Music. The twosome will be at Heaven tomorrow (8 April); a few tickets are still available from here.
