Okay, so it's not strictly new Burial, but it is unheard. "Lambeth" will feature on the latest instalment (part four) of the Hyperdub tenth anniversary collection called 10.4.
A bootleg of "Lambeth" has been floating around for a fair old while now, but the solemn, ambient techno of the polished recording injects new dimensions.
