Charli XCX's Alone Together documentary based on her 2020 quarantine album how i'm feeling now is coming to cinemas in the US and VOD in January 2022.
Alone Together was premiered at the virtual SXSW 2021 Film Festival back in March, and is focused on the making of Charli XCX's 2020 quarantine album how i'm feeling now.
Last night (17 November), Charli XCX confirmed on socials that the Bradley & Pablo-directed film will be getting an official release, and will be available to watch in US cinemas and VOD in January 2022.
Back in February, Charli XCX wrote about the documentary on Instagram, "The documentary tells the story of not only the five week process surrounding the making of my album, how i’m feeling now, but also all the emotions that creating, connecting and living in a quarantine and in basically a new world evokes for people across the globe. Thank you to the angels who are featured in this documentary and also to directors Bradley & Pablo, u now know me inside out."
