Charli XCX to release first single from second album next week

Having only released her debut True Romance back in April, Charli XCX has now revealed she’s already been working on its follow-up.

Taking to Facebook earlier today, the noir-pop singer confirmed that a new track from it, as well as accompanying video, will drop next week.

She wrote: “Ok so I have a little announcement… next week I will be releasing a brand new video… it’s the first song from my second album….who’s excited?”

Charli recently scrapped a handful of European live dates due to recording commitment.
