The nominees for the Twenty Quid Music Prize are in, with Rae Morris, Charli XCX, and One Direction's Niall Horan all vying for the coveted award.
The awards - an alternative to the Mercury Prize that focuses on big pop brilliance - will bestow upon the eventual winner £20 - cash.

The awards are in their 14th year now, with last year's prize going to Zayn for his "Pillowtalk" belter. This year's champ(s) will be revealed on 14 September (the same night as the Mercurys).
