Charli XCX is releasing Caroline Polachek and Christine and the Queens collab "New Shapes" this week
Charli XCX has officially announced "New Shapes", her highly-anticipated collaboration with Caroline Polachek and Christine and the Queens, and it's dropping later this week.
After sharing a snippet of a new song on socials earlier today (2 November), Charli XCX has finally, and officially, announced her new Polachek and Christine and the Queens collaboration "New Shapes".
The single will be dropping on Thursday (4 November), and will follow Charli XCX's September banger "Good Ones".

Charli XCX previously collaborated with Christine and the Queens on "Gone" in 2019, and worked with Polachek on her Pop 2 track "Tears" in 2017.
Last month Charli XCX said of her upcoming album due out next year, "It's kind of all about sex and sexuality. It can make people dance and cry at the same time. It's a vibe."
Yesterday (1 November) she shared what appeared to be a list of collaborators for her follow-up to last year's quarantine album how i'm feeling now.
