Chairlift share "Crying In Public" video, announce new London headline date
Chairlift have revealed their new visuals for latest Moth single "Crying In Public".
Allie Avital directs, with art direction from the band's Caroline Polachek, who says of the clip: "'Crying In Public' was written about a kind of moment familiar to many New Yorkers, where you’re caught up in all these anxieties that seem huge, and then the smallest gesture from someone who loves you can stop you dead in your tracks, all the bullshit falls away, and you’re suddenly humbled by how overwhelmingly beautiful the world is. It’s the closest Patrick and I have ever come to writing a devotional."
As well as the vid, Chairlift have announced a new London headline date at the Electric Ballroom on 9 June.
Latest LP Moth is out now.
