Chad Valley reveals shimmering pop piece "ABC"
The Oxford electronica-pop musician Chad Valley has revealed his latest track "ABC" that follows him on his recent trip to China.
With his new album being set around the downfall of having his beloved laptop stolen on tour in the US, "ABC" is oozing with sparkly synths and complex percussion patterns.
Chad Valley combines the euphoric instruments with soft vocals to create a track that is radiant with youthful summer sounds and infectious synths.
Speaking of the track, Chad Valley explains, "'ABC' is like the simplest name I could come up with for a song that is completely smitten and child-like in its approach to love. It’s about loving someone who doesn’t love you back, showing “the opposite of love”, whatever that might be."
Taken from upcoming album Imaginary Music, Chad Valley is setting himself up for a busy year. With North America and Europe on his tour schedule for later this year, the Oxford's Chad Valley will also headline shows in London, Manchester, and Glasgow confirmed for this month.
