Catholic Action share bright track "Another Name For Loneliness"
Catholic Action are back with "Another Name For Loneliness", the third single to be lifted from their forthcoming second album Celebrated by Strangers.
"Another Name For Loneliness" arrives after previous offerings "People Don't Protest Enough" and "One Of Us".
Lead vocalist and guitarist Chris McCrory says the new single is about "rediscovering pure, joyful and meaningful love as an adult. And learning not to question it."
Catholic Action's second album Celebrated by Strangers will follow on from their SAY Award nominated debut In Memory Of.
The new record was produced by McCrory (SPINN, Walt Disco) at Hermitage Works in London and Shady Lane Studio in Erskine, and mixed by Rich Turvey (Blossoms, Cabbage, The Coral) at Parr Street Studios in Liverpool.
McCrory adds of their new LP, "I’m in it to make records that are interesting and matter. We’ve made a record that embraces the negatives – both from a musical and social/political standpoint – sees the humour in them and ultimately turns them into something positive; be that a better outlook, or progressive political action."
