The sale of cassette singles trebled last year, it’s been announced.
The Official Charts Company have released stats that show a three times rise over the past 12 months.
The highest-selling cassette single was by Feeder (pictured above), who released their track ‘Borders’ on the format.
It’s also been revealed that 3823 cassette albums were sold during 2012 and 270 albums sold on MiniDisc.
