Car Seat Headrest cover Kate Bush, David Bowie and more on new EP
Car Seat Headrest's Will Toledo has unveiled two EP's relating to last year's Making A Door Less Open album, one with remixes, and one that features covers of songs that influenced the album, including Kate Bush, David Bowie and more.
Making A Door Less Open was released in May last year, and today (22 June) Car Seat Headrest's Will Toledo has delivered two companion EP's - MADLO: Influences and MADLO: Remixes.
The EP titles explain what each one contains, but the MADLO: Influences EP sees Toledo cover David Bowie's "Golden Years", Kate Bush’s "Running Up That Hill", Nine Inch Nails' "March Of The Pigs" and the Who’s "Substitute", all of which influenced last year's album - hence the title.
