by:Larm, Norway's premier music conference and showcase festival, has revealed nine new acts for this year. They have also expanded their 'International Feel' program - which, for the first-time, will feature up-and-coming international artists.
The new acts will join an array of talent already revealed, including; Deers, East India Youth and Communions.
The festival runs from 4-7 March, in Oslo, Norway, and features over 100 artists in a diverse live program.
The nine new artists are:

Hey Elbow
Pretty Vicious
Rae Morris
Sivas
Sylvan Esso
Ukendt Kunstner
Vasterbron
