Burna Boy unveils tracklist for forthcoming album Twice As Tall
Burna Boy has finally revealed the tracklist for his upcoming fifth album Twice As Tall, which lands on Friday (14 August).
Last week, Burna Boy provided some details of his upcoming album in an interview with The New York Times. Diddy is an executive producer, Coldplay's Chris Martin features on one of the tracks, and Anderson .Paak has contributed drums to one of the songs.
Over the weekend, the Nigerian artist unveiled the tracklist for his follow up to last year's African Giant album. The 15-track LP was largely recorded in Lagos during the COVID-19 pandemic, and features production from a variety of Nigerian producers, as well as Timbaland, Mike Dean, Skread and Jae5.
Although Burna Boy did confirm collaborations with Chris Martin, Naughty by Nature, Kenyan band Sauti Sol and Senegal’s Youssou N’Dour last week, the full tracklist also includes a track with Stormzy, marking their second collaboration following last year's Heavy Is The Head track, "Own It", with Ed Sheeran.
As well as preparing to release his new album, Burna Boy recently appeared on Sam Smith's "My Oasis" single.
