Burial is back with his first solo track of 2020, the 12-minute "Chemz".
"Chemz" marks Burial's first release since linking with Thom Yorke and Four Tet on "Her Revolution" and "His Rope" earlier this month.
The new track, described as a "12-minute rave monster that has ingested several tracks and incorporated them into its distended body", marks Burial's first solo outing since contributing "STARLORE" to Hyperdub's 15th anniversary compilation Konsolation in December 2019.
"Chemz" will be released on vinyl alongside an unreleased track titled "Dolphinz". The vinyl is due for release in April 2021.
Burial's "Chemz" song is out now. "Dolphinz" will be released in April 2021, and is available to pre-order now.
