BTS launch McDonald's meal featuring two new sauces
This week K-pop stars BTS launched their highly-anticipated McDonald's meal in numerous countries including the US, Canada and South Korea, which includes two new sauces.
After the success of US-based meal campaigns with Travis Scott and J Balvin, McDonald's has linked with K-pop superstars BTS for its latest meal campaign.
The BTS Meal features a Coke drink, medium fries, 10 Chicken McNuggets and two new sauces - sweet chili and cajun. According to the LA Times, McDonald's said the sauces are "new limited-time sauces picked by BTS and inspired by McDonald’s South Korea."
The fast food chain's latest campaign, which launched on Wednesday (26 May) in countries including the US and Canada, will be available in 49 countries in total, which unfortunately doesn't include the UK.
BTS' meal launched in their home country of South Korea yesterday (27 May), and other counntries including Mexico, Taiwan, Indonesia and more will have the BTS meal available from various dates next month.
