BTS celebrate ARMY anniversary with Google purple balloon feature
To mark the ninth anniversary of their loyal fanbase ARMY, BTS have teamed up with Google on a celebratory feature that allows fans to pop purple balloons that include audio messages from each member.
On Saturday (9 July) BTS ARMY turned nine, and the loyal fanbase was honoured with a unique Google feature. The ninth anniversary feature started last Friday (8 July), and allows fans to pop purple balloons on the BTS Google search page.
Once fans have searched BTS on Google, a purple balloon with a microphone will appear on the right side, and when clicked it'll start an on-screen animation that shows a series of purple balloons floating. Some of the balloons have microphones inside, and when those ones are popped it'll play an audio message from one of the BTS members, saying, "I purple you."
