Broken Social Scene's Brendan Canning announces new album, gives away free download of song “Plugged In”

Broken Social Scene co-founder Brendan Canning will be releasing his second solo album, titled You Gots 2 Chill, on 1 October.
The album follows his 2008 solo debut Something for All of Us.
According to Paste, the album is very DIY as Canning recorded the album in his own living room and did his own cover art.
