Broken Social Scene release "Halfway Home", their first new single in seven years
Broken Social Scene are back with "Halfway Home", their first new single since 2010 and the first from the upcoming comeback album.
The new song comes over five years after the Toronto collective embarked on a lengthy hiatus. Various odds 'n' ends have emerged in the time since they hit pause, but new music was still an uncertainty until recently.
Broken Social Scene's follow up to 2010's Forgiveness Rock Record is set to feature Feist and is due out this year.
Last year the Canadian stalwarts made a live return in the UK and debuted a new cut live in Paris.
