
Brian Eno announces first compilation of music from film and TV soundtracks
Brian Eno has announced his new Film Music 1976 – 2020 compilation, his first-ever collection of music from film and TV soundtracks created over the past 40 years.
The collection will feature seven previously unreleased tracks, and a variety of songs from Eno's collection that have featured on films and TV series over the years.
Film Music 1976 - 2020 will feature Eno's music made for David Lynch’s Dune, Danny Boyle’s Trainspotting, Jonathan Demme’s Married to the Mob, Michael Mann’s Heat, Top Boy series one and two, and more.
Eno has released his "Ship In A Bottle" song from Peter Jackson's 2009 film The Lovely Bones to coincide with the album announcement.
