'80s power ballad "Total Eclipse Of The Heart" found a new lease of life this week thanks to a literal total eclipse.
People really got a hankering for the monumental tearjerker during the celestial event, sending the 1983 track to the dizzy heights of the iTunes charts. Bonnie Tyler herself capitalised on the eclipse with well-covered publicity stunt.
Tyler's hit also caught the ears of streamers worldwide, with Spotify revealing that the track went up 3521% in the USA (compared to a fortnight ago), and 1017% across the planet. It's not just for weddings or weepy karaoke anymore.
