Bon Iver headlining and curating Ireland's Forbidden Fruit festival
Bon Iver is headlining and curating Forbidden Fruit's Bank Holiday Monday in Dublin, Ireland.
The show will be Bon Iver's first appearance in Ireland since 2012's sold-out O2 performance. Justin Vernon & Co. will be playing a 90-minute set when they play the seventh edition of Forbidden Fruit, and curating the rest of the day's lineup.
Flying Lotus, The Staves, Gordi, Lisa Hannigan, and Paul Thomas Saunders are also on the bill, with more to come in the new year.
Bon Iver's latest record 22, A Million got a rare perfect score from us, and comes fifth in The Best Fit Fifty Essential Albums of 2016.
As well as Bon Iver's Monday celebrations, Forbidden Fruit are set to reveal full lineups for the Satuday (3 June) and Sunday (4 June) of the festival. Expect not just music, but spoken word, art, fashion, food, and more in the glorious grounds of the Irish Museum Of Modern Art, The Royal Hospital Kilmainham, Dublin.
