Bon Iver covers Sharon Van Etten with members of The National
Watch Bon Iver, The National's Bryce and Aaron Dessner, Colin Stetson, and yMusic cover Sharon Van Etten's "Love More".
The performance was actually way back in 2010, and has been released today as MusicNOW - a collaborative festival in Ohio founded by Bryce Dessner - announces the line up for its 11th instalment.
Various clips and snippets and bootlegs have appeared in many forms in the years since this collaboration, and audio was released as part of last year's MusicNOW compilation, but this is the first time we have professionally shot footage of the cover.
"Love More" features on Van Etten's 2010 LP Epic.
MusicNOW 2016 takes place 18-20 March, and will feature Kronos Quartet, Punch Brothers, Sam Amidon, Julia Wolfe, Luluc, and more. It'll also feature the US premiere of Bryce Dessner's Réponse Lutoslawski, and a full orchestra performance of his Aheym work, courtesy of the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra. For more info, head to the festival's website.
