The shows affected include two nights in Edinburgh and a five-night run in London. No dates are due to be rescheduled.
The group have cited "personal reasons" for the cancellations. "Our deepest apologies to all our fans. We will be back," a note reads.
Bon Iver's festival slots this summer are unaffected - Vernon & Co. are booked for a bunch of fests, including Spain's Primavera and Ireland's Forbidden Fruit.
