Blur's Alex James to launch new drink called “Britpop”

You thought Blur were being a bit naff when they released their own line of tea sets and flat caps? Well now Alex James is bringing out a new drink called “Britpop”.
Yes, according to NME, James has trademarked the genre name for a series of products that include ”beverages enriched with added minerals”, “low alcohol beer” and “alcopops”.
Meanwhile, Blur are rumoured to be working on a new record, whilst Damon Albarn is prepping a solo album for release later this year.
