Bloc Party announce handful of winter U.K./Europe dates
Bloc Party have announced a new winter tour of the U.K. and Europe ahead of their new album, including a show at London's St. John's Church.
The band have been drip-feeding fans with new info, and at a brace of recent Californian gigs, they debuted some new material - one track was reportedly titled "Exes", which frontman Kele Okereke previewed earlier this year.
Bloc Party confirmed a show on 1 December in Paris last month.
Their upcoming fifth record will follow 2012's Four, and is the first to feature new members Justin Harris and Louise Bartle after the departure of longtime rhythm section Gordon Moakes and Matt Tong.
Tickets for U.K. shows will be on sale from 9am BST on Thursday 3 September, and tickets for the European dates will be on sale from 10am CEST.
