La Blogothèque's landmark 50th Soirée de Poche is now airing, featuring Blaenavon, Isaac Gracie, and Lewis del Mar.
The French filmmakers of La Blogothèque have been putting up and recording home shows under the name 'Soirées de Poche' for more than eight years, with the likes of Bon Iver, Beirut, Beach House, and Feist. They celebrated the 50th in style with bubbling performances by Blaenavon, Isaac Gracie, and Lewis del Mar.
Taking the bands out of their comfort zones, watch above as they go through some of their repertoire as well as a late-night bonus cover of Radiohead's "Creep".
As well as the new session, Arte Concert is once again airing archive Soirées de Poche with Feist, Villagers, Beirut, and Charles Bradley. Check them out.
