The Black Eyed Peas break their silence with new track "Get It", announce first tour in eight years
The Black Eyed Peas have been laying low for a while now, but the millennial supergroup have broken their silence with a new track "Get It", and news of their first tour in eight years.
When we think of the Black Eyed Peas there's instantly a back catalogue of pure anthems that spring to mind.
The hip-hop/pop group's last release was 2010's The Beginning, which featured tracks such as "Don't Stop The Party" and "Just Can't Get Enough".
New track "Get It" is a significant change from their previous release. They've dropped the excessive electronica pop and swapped it out for a stripped back bass beat that focuses on their lyricism and rapping flow.
Reverting back to a trio, The Black Eyed Peas consist of apl.de.ap, Taboo and will.I.am.
While Fergie isn't present vocally on this track, she did post a picture of her with her band mates last week, which might mean there's possibility to reunite with them.
