Bishop Nehru and MF DOOM reunite for "MEATHEAD"
Bishop Nehru has reunited with longtime collaborator/mentor MF DOOM for the hard-hitting "MEATHEAD".
"MEATHEAD" is lifted from Nehru's forthcoming album Nehruvia: My Disregarded Thoughts, and follows on from previous singles "EMPEROR" and "Too Lost".
The new single sees the two rappers reunite, six yeaqrs after their joint album NEHRUVIANDOOM.
Nehru reveals that his new album was partly inspired by the legendary rapper, "DOOM just kept telling me to stop overthinking things and that I needed to use my own intuition more. He taught me how to really embody the music and feel it deep inside my stomach."
My Disregarded Thoughts is Nehru's first album since releasing his Nehruvian Tuesdays: Vol, 1 mixtape in February, and is split into two acts - The Abyss and The Escape - the former includes Nehru's darker tracks, while The Escape presents Nehru's more upbeat and bright offerings.
