Bis announce first album in 13 years, stream new track “Rulers And The States”

Scottish indie-pop outfit Bis are set to return with their first full-length since 2001.
The seminal group will release Data Panik etcetera on 5 May, featuring lead track “Rulers And The States” – currently streaming below.
The band, who originally formed in 1994 and split during 2003, reformed in 2009 for a series of festivals and live shows. This LP will follow on from Return To Central a whole 13 years ago.
