Bill Callahan releases latest Gold Record album track "Cowboy"
Bill Callahan is back with "Cowboy", the eighth track to feature on his upcoming album Gold Record.
If you've lost track of the days over recent weeks/months thanks to the coronavirus pandemic, don't stress. Bill Callahan is back with a new song, which must mean it's Monday.
"Cowboy" is the latest preview of Gold Record, track number eight to be precise, and it follows on from previous outings "Breakfast", "Let's Move To The Country", "The Mackenzies", "Protest Song", "35", "Another Song" and "Pigeons".
Gold Record will be Callahan's seventh solo LP, following on from last year's Shepherd In A Sheepskin Vest LP.
The musician recorded Gold Record while touring his 2019 album, and recorded it with a band including guitarist Matt Kinsey and bassist Jaime Zurverza.
