Bibio releases charming new song "Oakmoss"
Bibio has released new track "Oakmoss", the second to be shared from his upcoming EP Sleep On The Wing.
"Oakmoss" is the second single to be lifted from Sleep On The Wing, arriving after last month's lead single and title-track "Sleep On The Wing".
Bibio says of the new release, ""Oakmoss" has been my favourite track on the EP for quite some time, to me it feels like a folkier cousin of "Raincoat". It was one of those tracks that came together quite quickly and fluently. It’s a lot of fun to play (on the various instruments used in the song), and it was a lot of fun to record."
The new EP is made up of largely instrumental tracks, and was recorded by Bibio at his home studio in the UK midlands countryside.
He's yet to follow up his 2019 album Ribbons.
