Beyoncé to release Platinum Edition of eponymous album, featuring new material
In case you missed the hype this week over rumours of a new Beyoncé album, the web has been getting itself dizzy over the prospect of another surprise drop by Queen Bey, supposedly titled Beyoncé – Volume 2. While she hasn't comfirmed or denied those rumours (we reckon it might be a hoax), today marked the announcement of the Platinum Edition of last year's stupendously successful Beyoncé.
Featuring two news songs, titled "7/11" and "Ring Off" respectively, the new edition will also contain previously unreleased remixes and collaborations with the likes of Pharrell, Kanye West, and of course, Nicki Minaj.
The new release will also contain a live DVD with perfmormances from the "Mrs Carter" World Tour, and a mini-copy of the official 2015 Beyoncé calendar.
