Best Friends announce debut LP, premiere new single "Fake Spit" on Best Fit
Sheffield garage-pop outfit Best Friends have announced the release of their debut long-player Hot. Reckless. Totally Insane., and are streaming new single "Fake Spit" exclusively via Best Fit to celebrate.
Jammed with ear-battering drums and bass, "Fake Spit" infuses the band's garage-y leanings with punk abrasiveness and plenty of distortion. Shouty, bolshy and laced with pop earworms, Best Friends end the ruckus before the two-minute mark, leaving us salivating for more.
Hot. Reckless. Totally Insane. will be released via FatCat Records on 18 May.
They will play London's Social on 25 February to "shake off the cobwebs".
