Watch Benjamin Booker's Rough Trade session performance of "Wicked Waters", exclusively on Best Fit
Virginian garage rocker Benjamin Booker has unveiled his Rough Trade session performance of "Wicked Waters", which you can watch now on Best Fit.
It's a taut, intense rendition, with Booker and his band rattling off the bluesy cut inside a claustrophobic room; every one of Booker's strums and whispers is magnified in the darkness.
Speaking about the performance, Booker said "On February 26, me and the boys pulled into a rainy Brighton and went into a bunker-like studio, still wide awake from London the previous night, ready to record. Brighton is one of our favorite places and we always find some way to muster up some energy there. Here's my Rough Trade Session. Hope you enjoy."
The track is taken from Booker's acclaimed self-titled full-length, out now on Rough Trade/ATO.
