Beck joins JAWNY on new version of "Take It Back"
JAWNY has unveiled an updated version of 2021 song "Take It Back", which features new contributions from Beck.
The original version of JAWNY's "Take It Back" appeared on his 2021 EP The Story of Hugo, and the new version of the song sees JAWNY unite with Grammy-winner Beck.
JAWNY said of the collaboration, "I think it’s no secret that Beck has been a giant influence on me. Getting to work with him on this record was nothing short of a full circle moment. Having him on the song and being able to play it live together was more than I could have ever imagined."
He added, "I was always looking at the track as a square and then Beck kind of rotated it. Everything he added, I loved. It felt more alive. I’m super stoked for people to hear it."
