Beck announces mini-tour, to play material from new acoustic album
Beck is road-testing material for a forthcoming new acoustic album, with an acoustic mini-tour booked for this summer.
Although 2012’s Song Reader from last year was technically Beck’s last musical offering, this album will come as a relief from Beck fans who don’t know how to read sheet music. Beck’s upcoming mini-tour will contain both acoustic and full-band electric performances, and coincide with a few folk-oriented events, namely the Americanarama Festival (featuring Bob Dylan, Ryan Bingham, and Wilco) and the Newport Folk Festival.
