BEAK> soundtrack new film Couple In A Hole
BEAK> have scored the upcoming debut feature film from Belgian director/filmmaker Tom Geens called Couple In A Hole.
The trailer's blurb on YouTube reads: "A middle-aged couple who have renounced civilization to live in a cave in the woods are befriended by a local farmer with mysterious ulterior motives... [it] balances between stark realism and an unsettling sense of the absurd."
BEAK>, Billy Fuller, Portishead's Geoff Barrow, and Matt Williams, are currently signed to Invada Records. Barrow says of the soundtrack: “It was a total pleasure to work with Tom on his film and it's also been great to have so many people support a film that is as unusual and uncompromising as this”.
The film has already been aired at select film festivals, and will be shown next at the BFI London Film Festival this weekend.
Couple In A Hole will be released in April 2016. Earlier this year, BEAK> released a new split EP with alter-egos <KAEB.
